A product I've seen previously is no longer available?

We have limited quantities of items, please sign up to our newsletter to get notified when stock becomes available.

Do you offer different sizes?

We currently just stock the size(s) listed on the product page, as we grow we will be launching more products!

Do you make special orders?

We unfortunately cannot provide individual special orders at this time. If you would like to make a bespoke bulk order, please contact us via email.

How can I change something on my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at chooseassist@gmail.com. Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal.

How do I cancel an order?

Write us as soon as possible at chooseassist@gmail.com. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

You do not! You can shop and check-out as a guest.


How do I check the status of my order?

Once you log into your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at chooseassist@gmail.com to check on your order status.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can! Please note in the Special Instructions field during checkout that you would like your order to be shipped as a gift order.

How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Checkout” button on the Shopping Bag page and you will be guided through the checkout process.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia and Asia (including SE Asia). If you do not see your region listed, please email us - we would love to add you to our list!

Something is missing from my order.

Please email us at chooseassist@gmail.com, so we can correct any order error.

Are there any customs fees?

We know that customs and unexpected costs can be such a drag! Shipping cost does not cover any customs fees that may be imposed by your home country. We suggest you look into your home country's customs fees prior to purchasing if you are hesitant about paying customs.

We cannot estimate customs costs to other countries as this differs from country to country. However, if you need to provide special customs instructions, please email us or leave a note in your order so we can contact you.

How long does it take to ship the products?

Shipping generally takes 5-20 business days, but may take longer during the holiday season. Everything will be shipped by airmail and with a tracking number.


How do I make a return / exchange?

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final, and cannot be returned. The unauthorized return of sale items will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and store credit only.

The site won't let me order.

Please let us know of the problem at chooseassist@gmail.com -- If you need additional help ordering, email us the items you'd like to purchase and we can set up an order for you.
