Shipping Policy
We offer Standard or Expedited International shipping to an array of countries. If you are unable to checkout from your region, please contact us at chooseassist@gmail.com.
Shipping cost does not cover any customs fees that may be imposed by your home country. Please check with country's customs and duty fees for more information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Choosetodo.ca, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Sale items are final, and cannot be returned. The unauthorized return of sale items will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and store credit only.
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. Please note that the delivery times listed are only estimations. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and once a package has left our facilities, we have little control over its transit status.
Delivery times generally takes 5-12 business days, but may take up to 20 business days or longer depending on your region and during the holiday season. Everything will be shipped by airmail and with a tracking number.
ChooseToDo is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We are not liable for missing packages due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
